Chairman of the Board, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Min is the founder and CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Min has received various military, business and community leadership honors from organizations such as the United States Congress, the U.S. Navy, and Ernst & Young. Prior to founding Epsilon Systems, he served on active and reserve duty from 1986 to 1998 in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Force.
Mr. Min holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Southern California and Virginia Tech, respectively. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program and earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Complementing his academic achievements, Mr. Min is a Board Member of both profit and non-profit organizations including the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering.
William “Bill” Clifford
Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Bill Clifford retired as President of BAE Systems Ship Repair, Inc., responsible for managing their seven shipyards. Mr. Clifford has 27 years of experience in the private sector ship repair industry, having served as President of Honolulu Shipyards, Inc., Director of Ships Completion at Bath Iron Works, President and Managing Partner of Pacific Shipyards International in Honolulu and as Vice President of New Construction at Atlantic Marine in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, Mr. Clifford served with distinction for 20 years in the U.S. Navy including Commanding Officer tours of the USS PAPAGO (ATF 160) and the Shore Intermediate Maintenance Facility in Pearl Harbor, the Pacific Fleet Diving and Salvage Officer and Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California.
Marc M. Herman
Marc M. Herman is a seasoned financial executive with over 28 years of experience at the financial helm of defense and government contracting (public, employee-owned, and closely-held private) companies. Mr. Herman served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Kforce Government Solutions, Inc. in Fairfax, VA, Executive Vice President and CFO for Proxy Aviation in Germantown, MD, Vice President and CFO for Digicon Corporation in Herndon, VA, CFO of Ocean Systems Engineering Corporation (OSEC) in Carlsbad, CA, Vice President of Finance for Arete Associates in Woodland Hills, CA, and Director of Finance at Science and Applied Technology (SAT) in Woodland Hills, CA.
Mr. Herman has an undergraduate degree in accounting, a Masters of Business Administration in finance, and holds a CPA certification from the State of Ohio.
RADM Patrick Moneymaker
USN (Ret.), Board Member
Rear Admiral Patrick Moneymaker joined Epsilon Systems in 2011. Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Moneymaker was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Proxy Aviation Systems, Inc. and Chairman of Anonymizer, Inc. He has also served as the CEO of Kforce Government Holdings and CEO of Ocean Systems Engineering Corporation. He has more than 40 years of experience in building technology systems and services for government and commercial customers.
Mr. Moneymaker had a distinguished Navy career ultimately retiring as a Rear Admiral. As a Navy fighter pilot, he flew 91 combat missions in Vietnam before hostilities ceased in February 1973. He is a graduate of Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and served in the premier assignment as leader of the elite Naval Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels. He completed his Navy career as Commander of Naval Space Command in September 1998.
He is a native of San Francisco, Calif., where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of San Francisco.
