Bryan Min
Chairman of the Board, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Min is the founder and CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Min has received various military, business and community leadership honors from organizations such as the United States Congress, the U.S. Navy, and Ernst & Young. Prior to founding Epsilon Systems, he served on active and reserve duty from 1986 to 1998 in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Force.
Mr. Min holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Southern California and Virginia Tech, respectively. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program and earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Complementing his academic achievements, Mr. Min is a Board Member of both profit and non-profit organizations including the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering.
Kenneth A. Abeloe
Board Member
Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Abeloe co-founded Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) in January 1999 and served as a Board Director until September 2020 when the company, rebranded to Centauri, was purchased by KBR, Inc.
Mr. Abeloe is an expert in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge software products and services. He provides strategic input into research and development efforts emphasizing web services integration, geospatial data fusion, and precision strike concepts. Mr. Abeloe currently holds 27 patents in software systems, artificial intelligence, and consumer products. He is an active member of the tech start-up community, serving as Board Director on multiple start-ups.
A Physics graduate from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD), Mr. Abeloe is a founding and current member of the UCSD Division of Physical Sciences Dean's Leadership Council. He is also a member of the TERI Campus of Life Capital Campaign Committee.
Patrick Moneymaker, RADM, USN (Ret.)
Board Member
Rear Admiral Patrick Moneymaker joined Epsilon Systems in 2011. Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Moneymaker was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Proxy Aviation Systems, Inc. and Chairman of Anonymizer, Inc. He has also served as the CEO of Kforce Government Holdings and CEO of Ocean Systems Engineering Corporation. He has more than 40 years of experience in building technology systems and services for government and commercial customers.
Mr. Moneymaker had a distinguished Navy career ultimately retiring as a Rear Admiral. As a Navy fighter pilot, he flew 91 combat missions in Vietnam before hostilities ceased in February 1973. He is a graduate of Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and served in the premier assignment as leader of the elite Naval Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels. He completed his Navy career as Commander of Naval Space Command in September 1998.
He is a native of San Francisco, Calif., where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of San Francisco.
