Product Design Representative Contract
Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance System (ILARTS)
Epsilon Systems was tasked to assemble and deliver various junction boxes and other assemblies directly related to the ILARTS system used on all aircraft carriers. The team procured and managed all Master Equipment List (MEL), Master Parts List (MPL), and Master Metalwork List (MML) items provided in the delivery orders. Afterwards, we assembled and built pre-production kits for evaluation required for testing services of the USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN 78). Other requirements were to perform operational/non-operational temperature tests, humidity tests, and shock & vibration tests IAW MIL-STD810F, MIL-STD-901D, and MILSTD-167-1. Subsequently, our team was tasked with assembly and test of a significant number of representative kits. After meeting the standards established in our quality assurance program, each kit was packaged, labeled, and shipped from our facility.
