Epsilon Systems provides marine engineering, assessment, maintenance, modernization and ship repair capabilities for all classes of U.S. Navy aircraft carriers, surface ships, submarines, and boat and craft maintenance, repair, alteration and technical support services.
Epsilon Systems has over 125,000 square feet of repair and modernization facilities in Portsmouth, VA, Mayport, FL, San Diego, CA and Pearl Harbor, HI.
Capabilities include:
- Electrical generating/distribution systems refurbishment, modernization, repair, test and evaluation
- Shipboard modernization using Alteration Installation Teams (AIT)
- Pre-installation fabrication of shipboard modernization AIT kits
- Over 20 years’ experience manufacturing hyperbaric and diver life-support systems
- Fly-away teams support OCONUS locations, for example: Japan, Singapore, Persian Gulf, Guam, Greece, Africa
- Certified to perform SUBSAFE work on all classes of submarines; Epsilon Systems’ culture is bound to the safety requirements, focus, and accountability that merit this certification.

Shipboard and Industrial Electrical Services
We service electric motors ranging from sub-fractional to multi-thousand horsepower and provide comprehensive electrical field services for generators and pump-motor combinations, including removal, refurbishment, and reinstallation.
Our industrial customers span various sectors, including electrical power generation plants, medical and pharmaceutical companies, municipalities, water districts, mechanical contractors, manufacturers, food producers, and ship repair customers such as the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Epsilon Systems' Electric Motor & Pump Repair Shop is a member and Accredited Service Center of the Electro-Mechanical Authority (EASA).
