Epsilon C5I began as KAB Laboratories Inc. (KAB) founded by directors John Konotchick and Paul Buote in San Diego, CA. The company grew rapidly, specializing in full software life-cycle and systems engineering support with a workforce of experienced operators and skilled Cyber Security Work Force-compliant engineers.
In 2012, seeking to facilitate the progress and expansion of its own software development and cyber security capabilities, Epsilon Systems acquired KAB. The KAB subsidiary evolved to deliver more specialized products and services, building a customer portfolio in alignment with Epsilon Systems. In 2021, KAB became Epsilon C5I, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Epsilon Systems.
