Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. Announces Promotion of Corporate Controller

San Diego, California (August 7, 2006) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Mr. Stuart Teshima to Vice President & Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Teshima was employed by Titan Corporation as a Controller in one of their business groups.

Mr. Teshima brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting to Epsilon Systems. He is very familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance implementation and is both a Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM). He holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from San Diego State University (SDSU) and a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD).
