Epsilon CEO Named Business Person of the Year
San Diego, California (October 8, 2002) - The United States Small Business Administration announced that Bryan B. Min is the recipient for the Minority Small Business Person of the Year Award for the San Diego District.
Selection was based on outstanding performance and commitment to excellence as an entrepreneur. Bryan Min is the President & CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. Presenter of the award was George P. Chandler, Jr., San Diego District Director. The award was made at the San Diego Supplier Development Council's Executive Awareness Awards Luncheon. The founder of the Council, Dr. Charles Shockley, was also on hand to congratulate the winner and said, "It's great that Bryan is able to create the type of business base that he has."
This award comes in the wake of Epsilon receiving the Emerging Business of the Year Award earlier in the year from the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Epsilon has been successful in securing major prime contracts from the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of the Interior, and Department of Transportation. Epsilon is also on the Top Contractors List for the San Diego-based Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. The company has been profitable since its inception in 1998 and had $12.6M in revenue last year. Bryan is also giving back to the community via a non-profit corporation that he founded, ESSential Foundation.
