Epsilon Systems Awarded Contract to provide support services for SPAWAR HQ, PEOC4I & Space, PEO-IT, PEO-LMW, PEO(T) and SPAWAR Echelon III Commands

San Diego, California (August 6, 2004) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., was notified of the award of an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract for program management services. The contract includes a two-year base period and four 6-month award terms, making the total potential period of performance four years. When combined, the aggregate value of all task orders awarded over the life of the contracts will be approximately $320,000,000, covering a maximum of 4 million staff hours over the four-year period of performance. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by September 2008.

The contract, allows Epsilon, as a subcontractor to Maxim Systems, to compete for task orders at SPAWAR HQ, PEOC4I & Space, PEO-IT, PEO-LMW, PEO(T) and SPAWAR Echelon III Commands. Services that may be ordered under the contract include the functional areas of requirements, financial, business, contract and program management. This extremely important long term contract places Epsilon in a position in which all SPAWAR Programs can be marketed with the great technical talent the company possesses.
