Epsilon Systems Awarded Contract For The Office of Naval Research (ONR)

San Diego, California (September 15, 2004) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has been notified by the Office of Naval Research (ONR) that it has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity under the ONR Support Service Multiple-Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) in three Functional Areas. The ONR MATOC encompasses support for FY05-09 and are designed to provide ONR, its field activities, and the Naval Research Laboratory a streamlined process to acquire professional support services. The ONR MATOC program provides a pool of qualified performers who compete for individual technical, engineering, business, management, administrative, and IT tasks for authorized ONR ordering offices in support of Navy and Marine Corps S&T.

The Epsilon Functional Areas covered by the award include: Technical/Program/Engineering Support Services, Business and Finance Support Services, and Training/Workshop Support Services. The contract includes a two-year base period and three one year options, making the total potential period of performance five years. When combined, the potential value of all task orders in these Functional Areas is approximately $216,268,201. Work under this contract will be managed by the Applied Technology Services Division, located in Arlington, Virginia.

This contract, allows Epsilon, as a Prime Contractor, to compete for task orders across all of the participating Office of Naval Research programs and activities. The Epsilon Team is comprised of Business Management International, BRTRC Inc., Encore Solutions, Inc., Janice M. Graham, Inc., Perot Systems Government Services (PSGS), Strategic Analysts, Inc., and Traction Software, Inc.
