Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. Announces Novation of Contract for San Diego Based Submarines

San Diego, California (March 6, 2006) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has been advised by the Navy’s Southwest Regional Maintenance Center contracting office that following purchase of the Earl Industries, LLC San Diego area operations that the contract held by Earl Industries, LLC has been novated to Epsilon Systems. The contract provides for repair, maintenance and alteration of U. S. Navy submarines homeported or visiting San Diego, CA.

“The approval of this novation request is great news for our company. It provides a solid foundation upon which we can expand our efforts in support of the Navy’s submarine force in San Diego. We have been providing technical support to these highly capable submarines for over five years with many of our senior field engineers recognized as the “go to” people in their areas of expertise. As a former Navy nuclear submarine officer, I am particularly interested in ensuring that our submarine Sailors receive only the best of service and support,” said Bryan B. Min, President & CEO.

The Navy recently announced that additional submarines will be added to the San Diego submarine force before the end of the decade doubling the size of the San Diego fleet.
