Epsilon Wins MOBIS Contract
SAN DIEGO -- June 3, 2002 -- Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., a technical and engineering services company, announced it has been awarded a Worldwide Federal Supply Schedule Contract by the General Services Administration for Management, Organizational And Business Improvement Services (MOBIS). This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule Five Year Contract with three Five Year Options. Services available under this contract vehicle include:
1. Consulting Services – Epsilon will provide expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies’ management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This may also include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Specific examples include: Strategic, Business And Action Planning, Process And Productivity Improvement, Systems Alignment, Leadership Systems, Organizational Assessments, Cycle Time, Performance Measures And Indicators, Program Audits, and Evaluations.
2. Facilitation Services – Epsilon will provide facilitation and related decision support services to agencies engaging in collaboration efforts, working groups, or integrated product, process, or self-directed teams.
3. Survey Services - Epsilon will provide expert consultation, assistance, and deliverables associated with all aspects of surveying. These include items such as: Planning survey design, Sampling, Survey development, Retest/pilot surveying, Defining and refining the agenda, Survey database administration, Assessing reliability and validity of data, Determining proper survey data collection methodology, Analyses of quantitative and qualitative survey data.
4. Training Services – Epsilon will provide off-the-shelf, or customized off-the-shelf training packages to meet specific agency needs related to management, organizational and business improvement services, such as: Customer service; Team building, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, Process improvement, Performance measurement, Statistical process control, performance, Problem-solving, business process reengineering, Quality management, Change management, Strategic Planning, Benchmarking.
5. Program Integration and Project Management Services – Epsilon will provide services in the management and integration, of programs and projects. These services include: Program Management, Program Oversight, Project Management, Program Integration (Team Leader).
6. Support Products – Epsilon will provide support products as required to conduct the above services.
