Epsilon CEO Recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year

San Diego, California (June 26, 2003) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., a minority and veteran-owned company headquartered in San Diego, that provides engineering, project management and high-technology solutions for the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy and other government agencies, announced today that President and CEO, Bryan B. Min was selected from a pool of distinguished nominees from the San Diego Region as the Ernst & Young 2003 Entrepreneur Of The Year in Defense and Security Sector.

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Program recognizes entrepreneurs who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Ernst & Young honors individuals in 46 regions nationwide. Winners are selected by past winners, community business and civic leaders, and academicians. San Diego's winners are now eligible for the National Entrepreneur of the Year awards in November 2003, which will recognize outstanding owners of fast-growing companies within the same general and business categories on a national level.

Mr. Min was selected based on several factors, including sustaining a business growth rate of 5000% over the last five years and Mr. Min’s dedication to giving back to the local community through a non-profit corporation called the ESSential Foundation. During his acceptance speech, Mr. Min attributed Epsilon’s success to his winning team. He went on to say, “without surrounding myself with this incredibly talented and committed team, Epsilon would be just another company.” Epsilon’s primary focus has been and will continue to be, a passion for Mr. Min; making significant investments in our Nation’s future, through the company’s contracts in national defense, nuclear waste management, and natural resource conservation solutions.

Upon receiving the award, Mr. Min commented, “I can’t tell you how overwhelmed I am.
