Epsilon to Provide NUWC Newport with Electro-Magnetic Senior Technical Expertise

San Diego, California (Oct. 6, 2003): Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. was part of an SAIC team that was recently awarded a contract for Electro-Magnetic Senior Technical Expertise (EMSTE) by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Newport, RI. This team will provide engineering and technical services to support the Submarine Electromagnetic Systems Department, Code 34, and the U.S. Navy, in the key technology areas of advanced submarine electromagnetics and communications. Support will also be provided in areas relating to data fusion of ASW information including UHF, SHF, EHF, ELF and ESM, buoys, antennas, masts, towed arrays, advanced design concepts/techbase, technology, electro-optics, and electromagnetic and other ASW/acoustic compatibility programs. This effort will be executed by the Applied Technologies (East) Division of Epsilon.
