Epsilon Systems Awarded Contract For Major Services Acquisition-Engineering, Logistics, Installations, Test & Evaluation Services by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command

San Diego, California (September 7, 2004) – The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, California, notified the award of an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract for Major Services Acquisition-Engineering, Logistics, Installations, Test & Evaluation Services (ELITE). The contract includes a two-year base period and four 6-month award terms, making the total potential period of performance four years. Of the seven awards made, Epsilon Systems received the largest award. When combined, the aggregate value of all task orders awarded to Epsilon Systems over the life of these four contracts will be approximately $156,378,882. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2008.

This contract, allows the Epsilon Team, as a Prime Contractor, to compete for task orders across all of the participating Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Program Offices. The Epsilon Systems Team is comprised of Epsilon Systems (Prime) and the following eight subcontractors including BAE Systems, Battelle, Maxim Systems, Perot Systems, RCI, Titan, Rite Solutions, and Multiimage. This extremely important long term contract places Epsilon in a position in which all Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Programs can be marketed with the great technical talent the company possesses.
