Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Earl Industries, LLC West Coast Operations

San Diego, California (January 31, 2006) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has acquired the West Coast Operations of Earl Industries, LLC including all facilities, inventory, equipment and personnel. The West Coast Operations of Earl Industries has been supporting ship and submarine repair efforts for more than twelve years. The facility is located in National City, CA. with close proximity to the San Diego Naval Station. The capabilities inherent in the acquisition bring an expanded West Coast ship repair presence to Epsilon Systems for structural, mechanical, electrical, pipe fitting, surface preservation, sheet metal, valve overhaul and air conditioning and refrigeration repair and maintenance. Epsilon Systems has similar although more extensive ship and submarine repair capability at its Portsmouth, VA facilities.
