San Diego, California (November 25, 2003) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. announced today the appointment of Peter Jackson as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to his appointment, Mr. Jackson served as Vice President and CFO of MAXIM Systems, Inc.

Mr. Jackson comes to Epsilon with over 30 years of experience in management and finance. Most recently he oversaw the growth of MAXIM Systems, Inc. from $7.5 million to $46 million in annual revenues. Prior to MAXIM, Peter was a management consultant for over 20 years specializing in internal financial control, job cost accounting systems, executive and management development, and organization development.
