The San Diego Business Journal Recognizes Epsilon as one of the finalists for “The Best Companies to Work for in San Diego”

Awards will be presented to nine companies at the Annual Awards Breakfast to be held at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel on Thursday, February 5th. This program recognizes local firms that have worked hard to create environments where their employees love to go to work, every day. Locally, the San Diego Business Journal wanted to spotlight organizations that are innovative thinkers, work “outside the box” and are dedicated to developing positive, productive, committed working environments for their employees. Epsilon is one of only 45 finalists selected from hundreds of applicants.

The criteria used to determine the “Best Companies to Work for in San Diego”, include: Employee Satisfaction, Turnover Rate, Training and Educational programs offered to employees, diversity of employment, communication between management and employees and finally, employees making decisions relevant to their job descriptions.
