Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. Opens New Offices in Bedford, Texas and Oak Ridge, Tennessee

San Diego, California (February 9, 2006) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has recently opened new offices in Bedford, TX and Oak Ridge, TN for its Nuclear Operations and Environmental Management Services (NOEMS) business sector.

The Bedford, TX office is c entrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth near the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport. This new Epsilon Systems office represents a strong commitment by the NOEMS business sector to expand its customer base. NOEMS will more actively pursue business opportunities with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Army Corps of Engineers in the South and Southwest. Bedford becomes the home of Epsilon Systems’ Texas Operations Office as well as the NOEMS business sector home office.

The Oak Ridge, TN Office, which is approximately 30 miles from Knoxville, TN, was chosen to capitalize on Epsilon Systems’ new Mentor/Protégé relationship with Tetra Tech, Inc. Tetra Tech currently has a major office supporting the Department of Energy (DOE) in Oak Ridge. This location provides Epsilon Systems’ NOEMS sector with close customer access to DOE’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the DOE Oak Ridge Environmental Management Office, and the National Nuclear Security Agency (NNSA) Y-12 Site. Initially the Oak Ridge office will be a satellite office reporting to the Texas Operations office in Bedford.
