Outstanding Corporate Growth Recognized By The Association for Corporate Growth San Diego

San Diego , Calif., June 15, 2005 – The San Diego Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) honored San Diego companies for this year’s outstanding corporate growth at the 4 th Annual Deal Maker Awards Dinner on Tuesday, June 7, 2005, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Hazard Center, San Diego. This year’s title sponsor was Duane Morris. Attended by over 200 members and guests, each Deal Maker honoree was presented an award by the organization and spoke about the challenges and lessons learned on the path to corporate success.

The evening began with an unparalleled hour and a half of networking. During which time, attendees had the unique opportunity to mix and mingle with the CEOs and key executives of the winning companies. The dinner and awards presentation were emceed by the lively and charming, George Chamberlin from NBC 7/39.

After evaluating dozens of nominations from across San Diego County, ACG San Diego awarded the following companies: WebSideStory and Penta Water, for best in high growth; Interior Specialists, Inc. and Mad Catz, Inc. for best in middle market growth; Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. and Dimension One Spas for best in emerging market growth; and K2, Inc. and Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc. for best in outstanding corporate growth.

This year’s attendees received a special edition of the Deal Maker Awards Supplement, printed by the San Diego Business Journal, one week before the rest of San Diego received the supplement as an insert in the Monday, June 13 th publication. The supplement contained articles written about the award-winning firms detailing their secrets to success.
