Mr. Howard Wilchins, Esquire, joins Epsilon Systems as Executive Consultant

San Diego, California (September 14, 2007) – Epsilon Systems Solutions is pleased to announce that Mr. Howard Wilchins has joined the company as an Executive Consultant where he will serve in the Nuclear Operations and Environmental Management Services (NOEMS) Sector. Mr. Wilchins comes to Epsilon Systems following fifteen years as the counsel to the Department of Energy’s Office of Enforcement. At DOE, Mr. Wilchins was a subject matter expert in the area of regulatory law.

Mr. Wilchins is a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School and a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and the US Supreme Court. In addition to his experience at DOE, he has regulatory experience with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Federal Communications Commission. He also devoted over a decade of his career to complex litigation in railroad bankruptcy and reorganization.
