San Diego Business Journal Recognizes Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. as one of San Diego's "Best Places to Work" in 2007

San Diego, CA (March 12, 2007) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has been recognized as one of “San Diego’s Best Places to Work” by the San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ). Epsilon Systems was chosen for similar recognition in 2006 by San Diego Magazine.

Epsilon Systems was one of only five San Diego workplaces selected from the small business size category. The award was presented at the 8th Annual SDBJ “Best Places to Work” Ceremony which was held at the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina on Thursday, February 22nd. The SDBJ “Best Places to Work” program recognizes local firms that have worked hard to create environments where their employees love to go to work every day. The criteria used to determine the best places to work include: employee satisfaction, turnover rate, training and educational programs, diversity of employment, communication between management and employees and enabling employees to make decisions relevant to their jobs.
