Rear Admiral James L. Taylor, USN, retired, joins Epsilon Systems as Senior Vice President for Strategic Business Initiatives

San Diego, CA (September 18, 2007) – Epsilon Systems Solutions is pleased to announce that RADM James L. Taylor, USN, retired, has joined Epsilon Systems as a Senior Vice President to lead the way forward in the company’s strategic business initiatives.

Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, RADM Taylor was a Senior Vice President with a defense firm supporting naval ship maintenance and modernization.  He currently serves as a national council member of the American Society of Naval Engineers. Having served a distinguished thirty-four year career in the US Navy, he retired with the rank of Rear Admiral in 1999.  His Navy responsibilities included Shipyard Commander of Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Director of Supportability, Maintenance and Modernization on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations, and the Fleet Maintenance Officer for the Pacific Fleet.

He is a graduate of the Executive Program, Graduate School of Business, University of Southern California, earned MS degrees in Computer Systems Management and Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Postgraduate School and his BS in Naval Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
