Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. acquires Critical Infrastructure Solutions, Inc.

San Diego, CA (May 23, 2006) – Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has acquired Critical Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. with the purchase effective May 15, 2006. Critical Infrastructure Solutions is a premier integrator of electronic security systems. Known for providing superior planning, design, installation, integration and management of business security needs, their customized solutions have ensured advanced integration of all a company’s security sets including policies, personnel and technology. CIS brings unique capabilities to Epsilon Systems with a network of government agencies and commercial partnerships which include AMTRAK, CALTRANS, Moffat & Nichol and Anixter to name a few.
