Epsilon’s Fifth Anniversary Comes Up Winning
San Diego, California (May 1, 2003) – Epsilon Systems Solutions’ next milestone is to be on Inc 500’s Fastest Growing List for 2003, possibly in the Top 20 because of Epsilon’s 5000% growth over its first five years. This comes in the wake of Emerging Business of the Year Award from the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. This recognition was for giving back to the local community in addition to contracts in four major federal agencies: Department of Defense, Energy, Interior, and Transportation. Department of Homeland Security is on the near horizon. Yucca Mountain is one of their nationally recognized efforts.
The San Diego District of the Small Business Administration has bestowed upon Bryan Min, President/CEO and founder, the Minority Small Business Person of the Year Award. The award recognizes Min for his vision, passion, generosity, and purpose to become one of the best engineering and technical services companies in the U.S serving the Federal sector. Yet, Min gives credit for Epsilon’s success to his winning team. He went on to say, “without surrounding myself with this incredibly talented and committed team, Epsilon would be just another company.” His generosity has manifested itself into a non-profit corporation, ESSential Foundation.
The ESSential Foundation – a non-profit organization founded to “Help Others Help Themselves” -- has teamed with other organizations, such as the Challenged Athletes Foundation and the Tony and Alicia Gwynn (TAG) Foundation to make a bigger positive impact on the local communities. ESSential Foundation funds educational programs and provides economic assistance to needy families. Through this foundation, Epsilon’s goal is to give up to 5% of its profits back to its local communities.
