Bryan Min

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Min is the Founder and CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. The employee-ownership philosophy and entrepreneurial spirit Mr. Min established at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has been the primary reason for the tremendous growth since its inception in 1998. The company employs "Epsiloneers" in more than 20 U.S. locations. Epsilon has a broad customer base supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and Department of Homeland Security as well as commercial customers.

Mr. Min has received various military, business and community leadership honors from organizations such as the United States Congress, the U.S. Navy, and Ernst & Young.

Prior to founding Epsilon Systems, he served on active and reserve duty from 1986 to 1998 in the US Navy Nuclear Submarine Force. He is a qualified Naval Nuclear Engineering Officer.

Mr. Min holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in engineering from the University of Southern California and Virginia Tech, respectively. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program and earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Complementing his academic achievements, Mr. Min is a Board Member of both profit and non-profit organizations including the University of Southern California's Viterbi School of Engineering.

Joe Quinn

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Quinn is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. He was appointed to his current position on November 2, 2015. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the company's financial operations including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, business support, financial strategy and M&A.

With over twenty years of senior-level financial experience, most of which was with large aerospace and defense contractors, he has extensive experience with accounting systems, audits and the requirements associated with DCAA compliance. Mr. Quinn most recently served as the Corporate Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Engility Corporation. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the forecasting, budgeting, planning and financial operations process, including the development of the financial guidance provided to investors. During his tenure at Engility, he was a key decision-maker on several large acquisitions and other complex financial transactions, and supported the acquisition of financing to execute the company's financial strategy. Prior to Engility, Mr. Quinn was Vice President Finance at L-3 Communications and Director of Finance at Titan Corporation.

Mr. Quinn earned a Bachelor's degree at the University of California San Diego and an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University.

John Theriault

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Theriault is the Chief Technology Officer of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. He was appointed to his current position on January 1, 2017. In this role, he is responsible for helping shape Epsilon's technology strategy, define investments in future innovation and growth, identify high-value customer solutions, and establish technological solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Mr. Theriault previously served as the Chief Engineer of KAB Laboratories, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Epsilon Systems, beginning in 2001 until his current appointment. Prior to joining KAB, he held various engineering positions at BAE Systems. Mr. Theriault has nearly thirty years' experience in software, hardware, and systems engineering with an emphasis on digital signal processing (DSP), data communications, and signals intelligence (SIGINT) applications.

Mr. Theriault holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and the University of Massachusetts, respectively. He also earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rivier University and an MBA from San Diego State University.

Ralph Staples

Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development

Mr. Staples has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience advancing from technical operations to executive leadership. He has extensive experience and technical knowledge in proposal development, strategic planning, systems engineering, ship construction, ship maintenance and related consulting. He formerly served as a Senior Principal and Project Manager for a major consulting firm providing reliability and maintenance related engineering consulting services to Navy and commercial customers.

He is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL, holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. and a B.S. in Marine Engineering (with distinction) from Maine Maritime Academy.

Robert Kautter

President, Mission Readiness Group

Mr. Kautter joined Epsilon Systems in 1998, establishing Epsilon Systems' Portsmouth, VA office and managing the Hampton Roads waterfront business since the company was founded. Today, as President of the Mission Readiness Group, he oversees the company's ship maintenance and modernization businesses. He also oversees the company's product development and sales of all product lines including aviation ground support equipment, ruggedized electronics and hyperbaric systems.

Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Kautter provided technical and management oversight for large environmental projects at various Department of Energy facilities. He has served in various program management and consulting roles at over 50 commercial nuclear plants and DOE facilities. His work included leading teams and participating in self-assessments of management capability, corrective action programs, safety system performance, and all functional areas of plant operations against INPO, NRC, and DOE standards.

Mr. Kautter earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy. He has experience as a Senior Reactor Operator and was a qualified Engineering Officer for Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plants.

Chris Bott

President, KAB Laboratories, Inc.

Mr. Bott is President of KAB Laboratories, an Epsilon Systems Company. KAB Laboratories is one of the premier firms in the signals intelligence engineering space. Mr. Bott joined KAB Laboratories, then a small business, in 2007 as Director of Operations where he provided management and oversight of all facets of operations focused on software and systems engineering. In 2012, he joined Epsilon Systems Solutions with the acquisition of KAB. He was named President in 2014.

Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Bott served with distinction for 27 years in the U.S. Navy as an intelligence officer. His service included duty abroad in Moscow, Sarajevo, Skopje and Baghdad. While on active duty he earned several prestigious awards including the State Department's Superior Honor Award and the Vice Admiral R.L. Taylor Award for Leadership.

Mr. Bott holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado and Master's Degrees from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and the University of San Diego. He studied Russian at the Defense Language Institute and completed a year of study at the U.S. Marine Command and Staff College.
