At Epsilon Systems, we believe that we can only be successful as a company when the communities in which we live and work thrive. By giving back a percentage of our profits (and more importantly, our time) we have made a positive impact on the community. We created the non-profit ESSential Foundation to provide a vehicle for community financial support.

In addition, we provide up to one week of paid time off to our employees so they are able to volunteer their time for important community services. After all, what is more valuable than the time to lend a helping hand?

ESSential Foundation A non-profit foundation that provides a vehicle for "giving back" corporate profits to the community. The TAG Foundation Epsilon's ESSential foundation has partnered with the Tag Foundation, founded by Tony and Alicia Gwynn. Brain Injury Services, Inc. of Northern Virginia Brain Injury Services, Inc. (BIS) supports survivors of brain injuries and their families through individualized, community-based services with comprehensive case management, education and advocacy.	Challenged Athletes Foundation A foundation that provides support to disabled athletes. Kit's Miracle Mile An annual 5K run and other events with proceeds going to support the ongoing efforts of 3 non-profit organizations whose mission is to make life easier for survivors with brain injury and their families: Brain Injury Services, National Rehabilitation and Rediscovery Foundation, and the Northern Virginia Brain Injury Association.
