Mr. Robert Walker
Vice President, Products Sector

Robert Walker serves as the Vice President of the Epsilon Systems Products Sector, where he guides design and manufacturing efforts for Epsilon Systems' line of military specification Flat Panel Displays and customized electronics. The Products Sector has an ISO 9001:2000 registered quality management system.

Mr. Walker has more than 15 years experience in defense industry program management, financial management, systems engineering and training. He has served as the Joint Program Management Information Systems (JPMIS) Director of Operations at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, where his major accomplishments included initial establishment of a Joint Program Executive Office including the design of an effective organizational structure for Joint Services teamwork. In this role Mr. Walker was responsible for the acquisition schedule of three Acquisition Category III (ACAT III) programs which included coordination of all program issues related to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense.

Mr. Walker holds an MS in Chemistry and an MBA from San Diego State University, a Master’s equivalent degree in Nuclear Engineering (Navy Nuclear Power Training), and a BS in Chemistry from the University of the Pacific.
