Mr. Stuart Teshima, Vice President and Corporate Controller

Mr. Teshima currently serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller for Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. He is responsible for leading the Corporate Finance Department in two locations, including audit support, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking and the day to day financial operation of the company. Mr. Teshima was extensively involved in the conversion from GCS Premier to Costpoint.

Mr. Teshima has almost 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to his position at Epsilon Systems, Mr. Teshima served as Group Controller for Titan Corporation. He was responsible for financial operations for one of the operating sectors located in San Diego. He participated in the development of the Corporate Sarbanes-Oxley program and trained various groups throughout the company. As a result of his efforts, Mr. Teshima was named the Titan Corporation Sarbanes-Oxley performer of the year in 2004. In addition, Mr. Teshima managed all aspects of finance including general accounting, project setup, billing, collections, accounts payable and payroll. Under his leadership, Titan Corporation reduced their Days Sales Outstanding by 61%. Prior to Titan, Mr. Teshima was the Corporate Controller for All Star Maintenance, Inc., a military family housing maintenance company headquartered in Del Mar, CA.

Mr. Teshima received his B.S. in Quantitative Economics from the University of California at San Diego, and his MBA in Finance and Information Systems from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
