Mr. Paul Stevens
Director of Capital Region Operations
Mr. Paul Stevens serves as the Director of Capital Region Operations in the Washington DC office of Epsilon Systems located in McLean, Virginia. He is focused on assisting all of the company’s business sectors in providing customer liaison and support, and their pursuit of business opportunities in the greater Washington DC area.
Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Stevens served his nation through a distinguished career in the US Navy nuclear submarine force retiring with the rank of Captain. He comes to Epsilon Systems with over 20 years of experience in acquisition management, operations and college level technical instruction. Most recently, he completed a successful tour at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), including a stint at Naval Reactors and the Program Executive Office for Submarines, respectively. Prior to his tour in Washington DC, he served as commanding officer of the most advanced and fastest submarine in the world, USS SEAWOLF (SSN-21). Additionally, he served as a Navy ROTC instructor at the University of Michigan and instructed officers at the Naval Nuclear Prototype School in New York.
He holds Master’s degrees in National Security & Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
