Mr. Stephen Parker, Ph.D.
Vice President of Human
Resources, Administration and CIO
Dr. Parker currently serves as Vice President of Human
Resources, Administration and Chief Information Officer.
He is responsible for all human resources and organizational
development functions for Epsilon Systems. In addition,
he is responsible for Information Technology strategy,
planning and implementation. As a member of executive
staff, he plays a key strategic planning role for the
company.
Dr. Parker has over 15 years of hands-on experience
as an operating executive and consultant. He has contributed
expertise to Fortune 500 organizations, startup companies
and government agencies with diverse contributions in
the fields of human resources, organization development
and information technology.
Prior to his role with Epsilon Systems, Dr. Parker was
Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational
Effectiveness for SupplyPro, Inc., a technology company
that is the leader in point-of-use inventory management
solutions. Dr. Parker also served as Manager of Organizational
Effectiveness for The St. Paul Companies, a global Fortune
500 insurer, with responsibility for organizational
development programs and merger integration, managing
large scale organizational change, and designing and
implementing leadership development programs. He has
also provided human resources and organizational development
solutions to numerous companies as a consultant for
a national human resources consulting firm.
Dr. Parker holds Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Clinical
Psychology/Industrial-Organizational Psychology from
the California School of Professional Psychology, San
Diego, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Psychology
from the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Parker lives in North San Diego County with his
wife and daughter.
