Mr. Jason Minter
Director, Rugged Engineered Products Sector

Jason Minter serves as the Director of the Epsilon Systems Rugged Engineered Products Sector, where he guides design and manufacturing efforts for Epsilon Systems' line of military specification Flat Panel Displays and customized electronics. The Products Sector has an ISO 9001:2008 registered quality management system (QMS).

Mr. Minter has more than 20 years experience in engineering management, operations and defense industry program management. He has served as the Program Manager for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Program Office for Communications (PMW 170), where he led a team of 13 financial specialists providing support to the PMW 170 Business Financial Manager.

Mr. Minter holds a BS in Computer Science from Chapman University and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He is also the author of six (6) process patents and several technical articles related to microelectronics development and fabrication.
