Mr. William Lapsansky
Vice President and Deputy General Manager,
Nuclear Operations and Environmental Management Sector

Mr. William Lapsansky serves as Vice President and Deputy General Manager of the Nuclear Operations and Environmental Management Sector. Mr. Lapsansky started with Epsilon Systems as an Operations Manager in February 2000 when he opened the Idaho office. Since that time he has been instrumental in the development of Epsilon’s Nuclear Operations and Safety capabilities, as well as business development across the nation.

Mr. Lapsansky has over 35 years of operations, assessment/oversight, maintenance, and training experience in nuclear facilities, including over 25 years of management experience. This experience base stems from over twenty years with the Naval Nuclear Power program, direct involvement in the DOE Conduct of Operations and oversight programs leading to development of various DOE Standards documents, participation in Readiness Reviews, and providing ground floor support to DOE’s training program initiatives.

Mr. Lapsansky has provided services to DOE headquarters and operating sites for development and implementation of operations and training qualification programs. This includes conducting training, workshop sessions, management seminars, and assessment activities. Central to these services are the subjects of Conduct of Operations and Safety Basis.
