Mr. Harry Koch
Vice President, Barge Programs

Mr. Koch has held a variety of positions at Epsilon Systems Solutions prior to assuming his present duties as Vice President of Barge Programs. Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Koch was Vice President of Technology Services for Digital Systems International Corporation (DSIC). In this role Mr. Koch was responsible for hardware and software installations in support of maintenance management at Navy Ship Repair Facilities along the Pacific Rim.

Mr. Koch’s career includes experience in both military and commercial organizations. He served for over 26 years in the U. S. Navy, rising through the ranks from enlisted sailor to Master Chief Petty Officer and was commissioned to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Koch served as Project Manager and Program Manager for Integrated Systems Analyst (ISA). He managed several large multiple year contracts in support of Navy Maintenance including the design of shop space and the installation of Industrial Plant Equipment at Navy Ship Repair Activities.

Mr. Koch holds a BS in Business Management from the University of LaVerne and an MBA from National University.
