Mr. Robert Kautter
President, Mission Readiness Group

Mr. Robert Kautter joined Epsilon Systems in 1998 and currently serves as President of the Mission Readiness Group. Prior to leading the Mission Readiness Group, Mr. Kautter provided technical and management oversight for large environmental projects Epsilon Systems contracted with the Department of Energy's Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Center.

Prior to joining Epsilon Systems, Mr. Kautter served in various program management and consulting roles at over 50 commercial nuclear plants and DOE facilities. His work included leading and participating in self-assessments of management capability, corrective action programs, safety system performance, and all functional areas of plant operations against INPO, NRC, and DOE standards.

Mr. Kautter received a B.S. in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy. He has experience as a Senior Reactor Operator, certified evaluator with INPO, and team leader or member on numerous DOE and commercial nuclear utility site assessments. He was a qualified Engineering Officer for Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plants.
