Mr. Dwayne Junker
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Junker is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Epsilon Systems. He manages all of the organization’s operations by directing and coordinating all activities and providing direction and structure for Epsilon’s operating sectors.

Prior to his role at Epsilon, Mr. Junker served as President of Antin Engineering, Inc., building the company from four to 62 employees within 2 years and facilitating the successful sale of the company.

Mr. Junker’s career includes experience in both military and commercial organizations. He served for over 30 years in the U.S. Navy, rising through the ranks from enlisted sailor to Master Chief Petty Officer and was commissioned to Lieutenant Commander. After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Junker served as President of Radio Frequency (RF) Microsystems. RF Microsystems was sold in 1997 to Advance Communications Systems Services (ACSS) where Mr. Junker was appointed President. While serving as President at ACSS, he engineered the growth of the company to 800 employees and $92 million in annual revenue. Mr. Junker then oversaw the sale of ACSS to Titan Corporation. At Titan, Mr. Junker merged and operated four of Titan’s major acquisitions as a single operating group with revenues over $103 million and 1100 employees.
